Vinification: The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, selecting the finest bunches. After sorting and destemming, the wine is vinified on the skins with maceration lasting six to eight days. Blending is carried out before the end of alcoholic fermentation, when the must still contains 2-3 grams of natural sugars per liter, allowing the wine to settle and achieve balance. It is then left to age in tanks for approximately six to eight months, and after careful overall analysis, it is bottled.

Curiosity
If you choose a slow tour, you won’t just drink a glass of red wine, but you’ll experience a meditative and reflective moment. It will be an experience to be savored slowly, like a sunset after a long walk. It’s a red wine that invites you to pause, to slow down. A couple slow dances while pressing grapes in a vat: it’s the gesture of contemplation, of union, of time expanding. It evokes the harvest, the body, the relationship. It’s the maturity of the experience: depth, slowness, intimacy. The choice to produce a blend, combining wines already made from different grapes, is aimed at creating something unique and special.
