Accompaniments: They are the ideal pairing with traditional Piacenza dishes such as roasted pork, coppa or picula ad caval with polenta but also with savory first course.

Yield in the vineyards:90 quintals/ha

Vinification:Vinification in red with variable maceration from 4 to 8 days. After a short aging in concrete for a few months ,it is bottled after tartaric and cold colour stabilization.



In the past ,Barbera was considered a “rustic” wine, but over time it has increased its fame thanks to forward-looking and tenacious producers who have been able to create excellent ready-to-drink wines such a s our Barbera Frizzante , as well as medium longevity wines with good structure that withstands time and evolves with aging like our version of still Barbera
